on the plane, ive tried the patch, prescription nicotine inhaler....no help. it doesnt help that im terrified of flying. all i wanna do on the plane is smoke because of the paranoia. luckily ambien knocks me out in a matter of 5 or 10 minutes.. problem is that if you dont fall asleep, it will keep you up. there is a small window of opportunity for it to work it seems

i dont advocate mixing your pills and drinks btw...jimi hendrix and jim morrison come to mind.
