brady is an outstanding QB. One of the best who has ever played the game.
Cassell isn't bad either but not to the same level.
He will succeed because he is surrounded by great players and great coaches who taillor the gasmeplan to promote his strengths and cover his weaknesses.
he will not do as well as brady would in the same situation.
