kidding ,I would be the one to say lose the kids ,keep the dog...
he's going to bite someone..it's just when and who & how bad.
Keep in mind when he does, the response he wants is stop intruding..
humans/kids will scream and wiggle..goes downhill fast.
perhaps a farmer or someone with other dogs who will put him in place.
