Thanks.
No it wouldn't. A single piece is bowl and tank in one piece of china. there is no connection with dumb gasket or rubber rings between tank and bowl, therefore no chance of leaks. One thing you have to remember if you do buy a Toto, you must bleed the line before you hook it up to the tank. Is not the big pieces the will hurt it, its the small little pieces of crap in the line that can get stuck in the smaller flapper on top of the float valve. It can be clean, but another pain in the butt. If you buy the heated seat with the jets, get the remote control ones so you can mount it on the wall and not have to twist your body to access the buttons. You also need a plug near by. Chance are you don't have one there. good luck. BTW, do not buy those cheap, I want to say import ( I assume Chinese or Taiwan made) but so are Toto, electric seat.

Stay away from the dual flush stuff. My very last client demanded that they will have one of those and nothing else. Big time tree hugger with lots of money, recycle this that and the other. Proj ended up 25 % more. The wife's rethinking a regular one. Someone else's $hit or pee isn't all gone.
