I would put the stock trim back on it and fix things like the horn etc. A no appologies car will sell much faster and better than one where the owner admits there are some small issues. Buyer logic is that if he can't bother to fix the horn, what else did he not bother to fix that is more major.
Also hurts that it is a CIS car.
