wur cleaning

I took my wur off the car and apart, there are two contacts that look like old points from a distributor as part of the bimetal switch, i shot those with PB nut blaster, the screen was cleaned and blow out, i also spred some vasiline on the gasket before i put the two halfs back together on the body of the wur just to make sure theres no vacuum leak. After i reinstalled the wur i got 35psi control pressure and 70 primary. My resistance is still 9.9 ohms and the control pressure will increase to 55 psi in 60 seconds. Of course this did not help start the car, but it needed cleaning. I knocked that plug down by tapping a bolt with a small hammer and watching the control pressure,(connector off) and tried starting the car at 35, 32, 28 25, 20 psi control pressure, no luck.
