Jim, I think that is a bullet. Is your buddys tire shop in Mountain Home? I had a flat there and was directed to a tire shop on the outskirts of town. Showed up in my red p-car w/ TX plates and was expecting the worst. These 2 dudes reminded me of the guys from the dodge "that thing got a hemi" ad. Long story short, they fix the tire we shot the breeze, and it only cost me 2 dollars. Yes 2 dollars. Nice guys.
