Hi I'm a brand new 944 owner. I bought a 1984 944 and had the drivers side rear axle changed because the other one had gone bad. after it was changed, i took it for a test drive and when i got up to about 30 mph there was this loud whine from the rear of the car. it wasn't a high pitched whine. it sounds like something rubbing, so i thought my tires were rubbing on the inside but they weren't. also when i started going alittle faster the sound got louder and louder. I'm lost
and don't want to drive it until this is fixed. can anyone suggest any ideas of what it might be?? any thought or suggestions will be much appreciated
