Are the Ti Pankl rods always that roughly finished ? Die parting lines, forge flash and grind marks everywhere ? No polish and shot peen ? Nowhere near as pretty as those studs !!

If you magnify anything enough it tends to look a little rough. But to answer your question, they all look petty much the same. You can't grind on them without replating them so we use them as they come. I'll tell you what, they seem to have a very low failure rate.
And the price is right.
