it's called Green Mountain Road. runs from Penticton and connects to highway 3A. access to Apex ski area from Vancouver if coming via Manning Park. very nice twisty drive with the odd " holy cr*p " surprise corner. the pic is one of the straighter bits. |
This is my priority on the next trip to the Okanagan! According to Google Earth, it looks like the distance on this road from 3A to Pentiction is about the same as sticking to the highway. Extra fun on a road trip with no time penalty!
