How do replica cars avoid Porsche lawyers?
Looking at all the senseless (in my opinion) attacks by Porsche's attorney's on anything that has a Porsche name or emblem attached, how do replica cars get away with placing the emblem and name on the car. If Porsche has no control on the parts, quality, safety or anything else related to the replicas, why are they going after T-shirt vendors instead of replicas? Is there something that makes them legal and the other items illegal?
