hey Vinny,
midtown and lower west side. both seemingly safe, but you never know. I thought about a lock but it took me 30 seconds last summer to cut through contractor's jobbox cable, maybe 3/4 inch thick with a smallish bolt cutter.
BTW, I'll also be down October 5-6-7 and free then.
