I know a guy who sent his 993 turbo to RUF USA earlier this year. I followed the details closely and it was screwed up so badly it was unbelievable.
They tripled the cost of the work by the time they were done (over $70k), screwed up the paint job so bad they agreed to pay a local shop to repaint it (runs on the hood and bumpers and a bare spot where the primer was still visible), one of the bumpers was held on with sheet metal screws.
Based on that work I'd rather have pep boys work on my Porsche than RUF USA.
