Sometimes I save old car parts just in case. Like if I replace my hood struts, I’ll save the old ones in case the new ones go bad within the warranty period. That way, if I have to send the new ones back, I’ve got something to put back on my car.

Now I need to do some garage clean-up. I hate to just throw this stuff away. It’s all worthless, even on eBay, but there is some good quality steel in some of it (like a pair of old sway bars), and some plastic, all of which should be recycled.

Does anybody know of a way to recycle this stuff? I don't think I can put it in my recycle bin...
