You just loss, Dave.

I thought for sure you'd have you bumper(s) on before I got mine on.
I have to fix my home computer in order to load pictures of my installation, but my front bumper has been fitted, and it's at the paint shop.
I was going to use the stock bumper smile with the bumper, but the bumper was made to be used without the smile, so I would have had to section about 1/4" off (and re-glass) the flange that bolts/screws to the nose of the tub.
I still have to add a rubber lip on the bottom, but I'm in a rush to make it to the track this weekend, so it'll have to wait. One of the local guys wants a splitter or canards on his bumper, so maybe I'll form a splitter over the winter for us and not need the rubber lip.
I'm using the stock rear bumper, but doing something with it so I didn't need the rear glass bumper. I'll retain the impact protection in the rear with the stock bumper...and adding some "equipment" that will make for expensive crush zone filler
Funny thing is that I remember I wasn't going to do the CTR conversion to my '76 some time after this all started, because it was going to take too much work to get all the window trim to what a Carrera looks like. I told someone I was going to just wait until I bought a Carrera one day to do the CTR conversion it. That someone is Kevin! I don't know if you recall Kevin.....LOL! And Kevin even helped me shop for my Carrera!
So 5 years and 8 months.....and this thread has come full circle. LOL!
