Damn Souk, you beat me! Just shows how much more competitive you are than me

Can you use a 964 smile?

I was also thinking about fabbing a splitter, instead of the rubber lip. Great minds... What material are you thinking of using? I was thinking waterjet-cut aluminum plate, maybe do a couple so I'd have a spare. Although with something that rigid, an impact would probably bust the f/g, so I was also thinking about some sheet PVC material we use in the shop.

Actually we just wrapped up wedding # 2 this year (both daughters got married this Summer) so the bumpers are my next project. I think the work schedule is going to work out so I'll have space in the shop to leave the 911 on jackstands for a month or two. I'll be doing the early Carrera tail and maybe refinishing the hood at the same time. Also hope to install my replacement rear polybronze and do some other small jobs while it's off the road.

BTW, I had Bruce rework my front bumper for brake ducts rather than foglamps. He did a nice job - looks great.

Post some pics ASAP! Good to hear from you.
