Len, I hope this is not fraud. I know how tight cash has been for you the last few years. It doesn't smell right to me that they'd ask for an up-front deposit, but I admittedly have had little dealings in small business credit lines.
Do you have any attorneys you can turn loose on them?
Can you please post the name of the institution?
