IIRC, a '77 Euro Carerra would have had a 200hp 3.0l CIS motor (a precursor to the SC motor) The '76 Euro carrera should have had a high compression, MFI, 2.7 with about 210hp
The genuine 76 Carerra motor is worth more, because it is an extension of the vaunted "rs" motor introduced in '73
To me, a regular "euro" 77 carerra is not worth more than an SC. Condition is everything with these older cars. Look for rust. Repaint (why?). A "euro" car has the potential of having been exposed to salted alpine roads (unless you know the history of the car).
