For sale is a fresh rebuilt 1.7 engine that runs very strong. The long short story is that I picked up the car as a project car that was not completely assembled. The carbs were still new in the box and the engine had just been professionaly rebuilt and installed but never ran. It has a new clutch and pressure plate and the five speed looks rebuilt but I cannot gurrenty it. But I do know it works perfectly in all gears. I installed the webbers and built the linkage for them. I also had to put the axels in and adjust the clutch since it had never been ran. After putting about 10 hours on the car I decided that the exterior of the car was too rough to rebuild and I removed the engine, trans, front suspention, and steering assy, and the rear suspention and drivetrain thinking that I would someday build a sandrail with all the parts. Well its been a year now and I dont think its going to happen so all that I listed above is for sale. Parts are all located in Elk grove Ca witch is just south of Sacramento ca. I dont have pics right now but will have some soon. Let me know what you need and we can work somthing out. Im looking for $800 OBO on the engine but will work a deal for all the stuff if you need it.
