Yea I got a chuckle out of that too.
Of course you realize that a person who's going to (1) get in over their heads on an $45,000 mortgage, (2) take out a HELOC for 25% of the value of their mortgage in the same day and (3) shoot themselves over a house, probably isn't the brightest bulb in the box to begin with...
