They just redid that turn, erosion after a hard rain was terrible, debris (tree limbs and shoulder rocks) used to be all over the road.
There is better view distance, so you can see people walking from the first parking area.
I used to like coming up the hill from the other direction (going into town), lamb in lion and out of the turn. It's not as steep now nor as tight, but still a good place to shake the SUV's off your tail.
