Kowalskis 1/4 pounders....

Ground Beef Sauted
Chopped Onion Sauted with the GB
Coupla Cloves of Garlic crushed
Can of Tomatoe Puree
Cumin Powder
New Mexico Hot Chili Powder (no blend)
Cayenne Powder
Some Oregano flakes
Touch of Sugar
Touch of Corn Flour (type used for making Tortillias)
Little water

And the secret ingrident is...drum roll please.....A TOUCH OF CINAMON.

Take the whole mess after it is well cooked and place in a Food Processor and grind till it is the consistency of a thick lumpy sauce.

Place over those nice Kowalski Dogs on a nice Gourmet Bun...add Chopped onion, a bit of mustard and some cheese.......
