Sounds a lot like a series that aired here about a decade or more ago, Sir John Harvey -Jones (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sir_John_Harvey_Jones ) went to well known Bristish companies and gave them advice and guidance as to how they could increase efficiency, profits etc....some listened others didn't...but all gained exposure and had a chance to get some serious business advice for almost nothing.
The Morgan Car Company was one that he did...at the time they were not particularly interested, but if you look at them now they have adopted practically every one of his points..
I'd watch a remake of that series over here...but you need a really good 'presenter' or expert who is credible...
