What is the most accurate target pistol you have ever owned?

Not combat accurate or hunting accurate or plinking accurate, but paper-punching accurate.

When you were doing your job, how accurate was it - I'm looking for some sort of measure, like "3/4" groups at 25 yds" or "five shots in a dime space at 50 feet".

I keep thinking about buying a full-on target pistol, like a Hammerli or similar. Leaning toward a .22LR, to save money on ammo. Unless you guys tell me that standard .22LR will shoot terribly from a target gun.
