i had a similar situation with our neighbors dogs always tearing up our garbage. After weeks of picking up garbage strewn all over our yard, i finally snapped one morning about 6 am. I picked up all of the garbage, and went flying up to their house with full intent of scattering the garbage all over their yard while screaming obsenities. Fortunataly , it is a long walk, and by the time i got up there, i had cooled down a bit. , i found my neighbor in her nightgown looking at me rather inquisitively. I politely explained the problem, and she was super nice, got dog fences, and we have been real tight ever since. As i get older, i learn to control my temper, and act more civil. I truly believe you get more flies with honey. Best of luck
