I could start up about my parents neighbor. He is the only person that I truly HATE!

Takes the neighbors mail and throws it in the street.

Complains that my parents make too much noise - sometimes my parents aren't even in the country, I go to their house to do things and he yells at me about my parents. When I inform him that they are half way around the world, he tells me that my parents are lying to me and that they are actually still at home.

He collects trash from around town and deposits it in his font yard/backyard.

Used to play the drums at 2:00 in the morning...

The family took down the dividing property fence and bashed several solar panels and other equipment because they say that the property lines are five feet onto their property - true, but they were 20 yrs. late in making the claim. The father dies shortly after this and of course, we were blamed for his death.

He has made threats to my dad and myself, one time to my face, when I get pissed and tell him to get off his property and that "we can end this right now", says that I am threatening him and that he is going to call the cops.

Has basically done the "hey kid, I have some candy, come here" routine...

If you are more than 18" from the curb, he will call parking enforcement - the street is a cul-de-sac with no traffic.

Flooded the maids car to the neighbors across the street - she was parked 20" from the curb.

I see him driving around town. Sometimes, I make it known that I am near - he freaks! Other times, he doesn't see me, but he just freaks out and will stop in the middle of the street. When other cars honk at him to move, he freaks out even more.

I can go on and on.....

Threw two eggs at the Porsche one morning when it was parked in the driveway. My dad owned it then and the egg shells scratched the paint.

The cops can't do a thing.
