He was in his front yard, I was getting the mail, he started making threats towards me from his property, I was in the street. I told him to come into the street - so that he couldn't claim I was on his property. I was ready to let him swing first, then I would bring him to within an inch of his life.
I took pics of him taking pics of me....
These were just selective stories from over the years. They were taken to court over the property line/solar panel damage, but they never showed. The bit of property in question is unusable anyway.
The police have a file about an inch thick on him - complaints and other filings, but like you said, without video or the cops actually catching him in the act, he's free
I have to change the oil, adjust a valve and put my cat back on this coming weekend. We'll see how things go. I plan on using my parents driveway.
