Damn, you all have some messed up neighbors.

One next door neighbor is rarely home, pleasant when she's around, and takes very good care of her home. Other next door neighbor is absolutely perfect, a very nice family with 4 boys, one of which is about my son's age. I have many great memories of drinking beer on the deck with them as our kids played. Sadly, they've moved to a huge house in a gated community, so I have to sweat who will live there next.

Our neighbors across the street are great too, I've been to parties at their house several times. One is a hippie turned doctor who spends most of his time detailing his chopper in the driveway listening to the Doors. Sadly, he traded his NSX for the chopper. It can be annoying when he comes home at 10 PM with those loud pipes, but he's a cool guy so I don't get too worked up about it. If you can build a relationship with them, whoever they may be, the annoying stuff isn't nearly as bad.
