The tethered controller is for a Blaupunkt 3001 radio/cassette player. (which was actually a very good unit back in the day) It will auto reverse the tape when pushed, or if listening to the radio will allow you to scan stations... That's it, no other function.
Know idea what the pos under the dash is.. cut it outta there!!
