I would think most GM dealerships could repair a Saturn. Maybe I'm wrong?
Having owned a Cadillac, I totally agree. Premium brand should equal a premium experience at the dealership, as you get with a Lexus, Mercedes, etc. Every dealer I went to for our SRX treated me like it was a Cavalier, because they service everything GM. By that I mean the customer service was piss-poor. Cadillac has some decent vehicles, but will always be at a disadvantage due to the service aspect.
