Like I said, I was just playing "devil's advocate", and have no doubt Rick used "good judgement" in that situation. If I were in a 4000 lb weapon, I'd have been OK too
. I still maintain that "carrying" tends to give one more "bravado" (not referring to Rick), than without, and will get you "in" more trouble than "out" more times than not. I've done fine without carrying and never will except under special circumstances. I distinctly remember being 8 years old when MLK was assasinated and the "doo doo hit the fan"...EVERYONE was openly carrying around here, business owners protecting their property, and I would have too but I wasn't old enough at the time
