They talked up that course when I went through it. I'd take it with her if I ever decide we're going to ride together. I'm having a hard time getting over taking so much responsibility for someone else's life. Especially someone I care about so much. I've sort of done the calculations in my head for me. I'm 45, kids are 16 and 19, I have life insurance, college money set aside for them and if I croaked they'd be financially in pretty good shape. I'm not saying they'd be better off without me but still, I doubt I'd be riding if they were 5 and 2. Her son is 9.

Maybe I should ask my ex if she wants to go for a ride
