Had the same law go into effect in WA at the same time.....Although I think there is some compliance, I still see many yakking away......I pull up right next to their door on my m/c and "Give Them the Look!!!"......A few actually seem to figure it out??????

Seems like we started this way years ago with seat belt laws....It was a slow process, but over time, most now use seat belts......Too bad out legislators didn't have the BALLS to just go ahead and make it a PRIMARY offense and take the heat from the few that would object????
