Do you have any legal liability for knowing what's going on and not calling the cops? One of these parties happened in my neighborhood when I was in junior high (which is why I wasn't there
). It got way out of hand with kids driving their cars all over the front yard, trashing the house, stealing perscr. drugs. We all heard about it for weeks afterwards. How do you know what's going in that house?
