Now THAT is what I call sport touring! One of the best riding vacations I have had in a long time. Thanks again to Bill for closing up shop and taking us on an extraordinary tour of Arkansas and Missouri. The riding was out of this world and the company was just as good. Bill you are a true gentleman and family man and it is evident in many ways. All the very best in life to you my friend.
We were so fortunate with the weather the entire trip and Dee and I had a great time getting back to NC. We did have to get a motel room in Galatin, TN. because the nearby state park was full, but the bed and shower were nice. We ended up taking the long way and, just by happy accident, discovered some roads that I had not been on for 30 years or so when I was doing some caving in the area of northeast Tn. Hwy 63, 33, and 70 were certainly something to write home about!
Thanks again Bill and my other traveling companions Bob, Craig, Gary, and Dee. Lets do plan to do it again sometime.
