K Here's the deal.
I bought an Audi transaxle that is very slimilar to the 944 trans to use for my V8 Rabbit project.

The problem is, while it bolts to the 944 torque tube, the input shaft is much too small to use the plain ol' Porsche coupler to connect the drive shaft.

So I am throwing this out there to see if anyone has a 944 5 speed they would like to get rid of... Cheap.

I only paid $100 for my Audi trans and it would be super if I could find a Porsche trans that cheap but I won't hold my breath.

If I could find one cheap enough then I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of fabricating a coupler to mate the Audi trans to the Porsche torque tube.

Lastly it needs to be near enough to the far southeast corner of Ohio so I can pick it up and not have to pay shipping.

Can anyone help out?
