Crank prep work source

Hey all,
Getting back to building a couple new 3.2 short stroke engines for next season.
Need the collective wisdom on where to send the cranks for prep. I used to use Armondo at CCR, but I hear that he's gone from the scene. I do have a fairly local shop that has done excellent work in the past, but they are not versed in Porsche info. I've given them specs and they have done great with that.
I am specifically asking the engine pro's out there if the 3.0 crank should be cross drilled at #5 or? These are high rev pure race engines so any input on crank work that should be done is appreciated.
