That may him a better employee than before...and if he finds somebody hat will pay him more then good for him and you can concentrate on somebody who wants to work with you..

for some reason, i like this advice. he is looking around and seeing greener grass. you need to open his eyes.
that, or fire him. if anything it will rattle the cages for the other guys.
