Temp. gauge reading sanity check please.

I'm not even sure I have a problem. Gauge likes the top 1/3 of the center part of the scale on the gauge. It's never gotten into the top third of the....
Sheesh - here's a graphic - my needle move up steadily from cold. When warm, it stays in the blue range. It's never gotten into the top 1/3rd though.
Drv. side fan seems to be on all the time on low speed (it turns 1-2 min. after shutdown). Sometimes when I sit idling, it kicks to high speed and the pass. fan then kicks in at high speed.
Is this in the normal range?
