Kmhemi--that WV inspection sucks. We were in WV for 19 months and it was 19 months too long. With that said if your turn signals and windsheild washer work, you'll pass. They just look for a cat, they don't put sniffer on it.
Couldn't you build a rail and then put a sheet metal body on it like the one in dheinz pics?
Would one in URY914's top three pics be eligible for SCCA autocross or rally event's? That thing is bad arse.
And now for a hijack, is a regular rail buggy eligible for SCCA autocross and rally events?
