The only way hamilton will not get a penalty this race is if massa gets ahead of him and stays ahead or hamilton is taken out (raikonnen and alonso would be my guesses as to the perpetrators). Any incident that hurts hamilton will be ruled a "racing incident"--or hamilton will be penalized for causing it.
