Funny, first time I saw a real Countach was at a car show. I walked by the front and though "Man, they sure did a rough job with the fit & finish on that kit car", when I saw the interior I thought the same. It was only when I got to the back and saw the engine that I realized it was a real one.

That car is pretty amazing. People inevitably question whether or not it makes sense, saves money, to build your own car. I'm always in awe of someoen who can see a project like that through, from start to finish. Just amazing.

I get nervous and giddy when I fire up an engine I've rebuilt. Imagine how cool the first drive would be, after years of building something like that.
