Yes, I did figure it out. I would like to have known where everything goes before I started re-assembly.

So, I started to re-assemble and found out that the 6M x 12 bolt that was threaded into the oil filter bracket connects to nothing. I pulled out the bolt and found another location for it.

Maybe another model uses that threaded hole, mine doesn't.
