To convert to the sideshift transmission you're going to need to come up with all the linkage and associated parts. You need the shifter, the tunnel rod, and the obvious shift rod that runs from the firewall to the console on the transmission, basically the shifter and everything behind it. You might need a special firewall bushing to run this system on an early chassis, and you might want to modify the shift rod, taking out the bends to achieve a more direct shot to the transmission and assure clearance, especially if you have heat exchangers.
