IMO that sounds a bit high for a `95, even with the low miles. You might want to broaden your search, and take a bit more time to see what is out there. I have personally seen a few `97 C2S models advertised for around $47K, with similar mileage and condition. On the same note, I have seen the asking prices coming down on Boxster "for sale" ads too. So, maybe time is a considerable factor for getting the most back out of the Boxster.
