In HS I worked at a chicken joint, Popeyes, in a mall in NOVA. One slow weeknight at about 5 til closing, a couple of kids, probably 13 came up and wanted nuggets, but there were no nuggets made, none mixed, and all of the stuff was put up. They wouldn't settle for anything else.

We had to get out a bag of pre-cut chicken nuggets, which was around 180 pieces of chicken, but it was frozen solid, so we had to peel a few off of the edges. Then, there was a pre-measured pack of the "spice" seasoning that normally spiced a whole batch of nuggets. So yeah, the 9 nuggets got the whole bag of spice that normally would have spiced 180. It was funny to see them drink their entire sodas after the first nugget.

I bartended for several years a while back. There was always an idiot coming through claiming that their drink didn't have the appropriate amount of liquor despite us having to use a jigger to measure, and the fact that I pretty much always over-poured by a bit (the jiggers were small, management was cheap). So when that happened we'd dump the original drink which probably contained more liquor than the new drink. Then we'd pack the ice in the glass. And when I mean pack, I mean jam the ice in there. Usually after that, there wasn't enough room for the mix, only the shot. So instead of "crown and coke" they'd end up with crown on the rocks. Lots of rocks. Most folks didn't complain twice.

My other favorite was coming up with something like Absolute and cranberry and claiming "this isn't absolute."

People are idiots.

I ofter heard about the "mat shot", but never actually saw someone give it or drink it.
