We went to a Halloween party last week. Kind of on a budget, so we decided to hit up Goodwill for costume party ideas. This is what my husband came up with for less than $20 including the false eyelashes... he made false breasts out of closed cell phone with a bolt insert to give it a "rock hard nipple". Apparently, "rock hard nipples" are really cool.
*Note: This will probably get us banned from Pelican. But for the record, the mangina thatch-patch is actually a fuzzy hat.
