Trader Joe's usually has frozen buffalo burgers. Haven't tried them yet, but I've been tempted.
Then I think about that hump on their back. I keep telling myself, it's not like a camel's hump. And there's only ever one hump, never two (like on those bactrian beasts).
Edit: Just remembered; someone told me a while back that there's a restaurant in Buffalo, serves killer Buffalo buffalo.
