Buffalo burgers are tasty, but not worth the cost IMO.
For really yummy burgers I mix beef and lamb about 50-50. It helps that I have a great butcher who carries very good lamb. I've turned several people from lamb-haters into lamb-lovers when I tell them what they're eating
