I grew up on chili that came from my dad's side of the family. It was "the other" famous chili, Cincinatti chili. And even I think that looks a bit odd.

They've got some good chili here in TX too.

I have "stuff" in my chili too, but my stuff is at least cooked. You can't tell that my onions are onions as easily.

That's some odd looking chili, but it sounds tasty. Cook it some more and it'll probably be even better once the flavor's get cooked through.
